Bug Description

I think we have enough room to go ahead and make that trash icon a label button. I can't really tell from just the icon what it does, but I'm assuming it's the "Clear Usage Data" button?

What if there is a tooltip text saying "Clear Usage Data" ?

I agree with Dan, there's plenty of room up there and a text button would be more explicit than an icon with a tooltip.
