Bug Description
The FAQ here explains that guide will open a HTML version of the guide.

But, Ubuntu Builder prompts for a root password when it runs. Consequently the attempt to open the guide is done as root.
"Google Chrome cannot be run as root"
It then attempts to open the link in Firefox, which succeeds. However - That firefox session is owned by root. Security risk.
