Bug Description
When I open a new window it is usually placed in the absolute top/left corner.
This is not practical because it is not easy to drag the window title (because of the top bar) and close the window with the mouse (because of the left task bar).
It shoudl be placed by default in top: 0+top task bar height and left: 0 + left taskbar width
