Bug Description
In the 1.18 series, we seem to be missing some patches that allow the test suite to pass now that Trusty is the result of 'distro-info --lts'.
AIUI, we've patched things on trunk, but we need to backport those patches if we want to keep landing fixes on the 1.18 branch.

For my immediate needs, I went ahead and edited /usr/share/
That gets the bot landing stuff again until we can fix the test suite properly.

I lowered the priority since we know to change ubuntu.csv. CI avoids updting or using ubuntu.csv infavor of its own file to governs what can be built and what Ubuntu devel is.
