TI Panda 4430 and 4460 is unstable on Linux Linaro ubuntu images.

For both TI Panda 4430 and 4460 boards with Linux Linaro ubuntu image:

System is unstable, easily boot failed, hung or flushed by error message which left an unusable serial console.
