Not packaged with python3 support, upgrade to at least 0.8.2

Pyalsaaudio has supported python 3 since version 0.4. (source: http://sourceforge.net/p/pyalsaaudio/news/2008/11/version-04-released/) However, with this package installed "import alsaaudio" fails under python 3. It would be much more useful to package this with newer python support.

This package hasn't been upgraded in the last two years, so an upgrade is in place, especially since Alsa also gets upgrades.

pyalsaaudio 0.8.4-1 is available in Ubuntu 19.04 and later (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pyalsaaudio/0.8.4-1). Among other fixes, it also includes a python3-alsaaudio package.
