network-admin lacks basic instructions

Bug Description
Nowhere in the network-admin tool or the help for it does it give the user various pieces of basic information. Things that should be displayed but aren't:
1. The tool does not work with "shared" encryption.
2. Hexidecimal WEP keys must be entered with hyphens every 4 characters.
A little information like this would be easy to stick into the GUI, and would have saved me many hours of searching the interent.
