Deleting Secret, Order or Container return 200 OK, ideally it should be 204.

Cannot replicate as of ada968e162d9795613bfb346a1018f63ef7025cc. I believe this was resolved as a part of the Pecan fix/refactor. Changing status to "Fix Committed" for the time being. If this issue comes up again, we can reopen this bug.
