I noticed the logs suggested this file should be attached (it mentions a missing libkpathsea.so)

fmtutil: running `luatex -ini -jobname=luatex -progname=luatex luatex.ini' ...
luatex: error while loading shared libraries: libkpathsea.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

(Got confused by those similar bug numbers for a while! 1311032 vs 1311203 ;)
I changed from Confirmed back to New
