MAC address on TI Panda 4430 & 4460 is randomly changing after every reboot.

On TI Panda 4430 & 4460 with Linux Linaro ubuntu image:

the MAC address of Ethernet is randomly changing after every reboot cycle, for example:

First boot: 52:42:40:cc:2c:ee
Second boot: 9a:25:f5:ee:bb:9b
Third boot: 5e:37:f9:c5:d8:69

... etc.

On TI Panda 4460 board, only Ethernet MAC address is changing, WiFi interface is fine.
