Bug Description
I found that tgtd outputs a blank line log to the console and log file occasionally.
(There is no actual harm)
[possible cause]
A child log process of tgtd calls log_flush() every second.
And that time, the child process may call log_syslog() with an empty log buffer (depending on the timing)
