Bug Description

So I have just upgraded from 13.10 to 14.04 and noticed a bug. It didn't affect the 13.10. In some applications, when I try to open a new window, a new arrow is not added to the application's icon.
Example:

I'm opening a files window.

Files window is opened. Icon shows in the launcher with one arrow meaning that there is one window of this application open.

I'm opening a new files window. After opening the window, no new arrow is added to the launcher icon. It shows one arrow, meaning there is one window open, while there are two windows.

Closing windows doesn't update an application icon as well.
Arrows are updated after clicking the an application icon.

So far, I have noticed this bug in Files and Google Chrome (when opening new application window, or when new window is opened by clicking a link).
Opening new Terminal works all right (new arrows appear and hide as the window is opened or closed).
