Fails to decode mpc with libmpcdec6 ( 2:0.1~r459-1ubuntu3

Fine with 2:0.1~r459-1ubuntu1, the only diff seems to be -
"autoreconfing through CDBS" vs the previous 99_autoreconf.patch

Error is -
Playing error : Could not decode stream. at /usr/bin/../share/gmusicbrowser/gmusicbrowser_gstreamer-0.10.pm line 137.
