Deploy fails if environment name is incorrect

Need to add validation to the environment name field

1) create environment test/
2) add eny application to this env
3) send to deploy

An error occurred:
HTTPBadRequest: ERROR: Invalid stack name kate2\ must contain only alphanumeric or "_-." characters, must start with alpha

Since now environments name is going to be used as a heat stack name, witch is required to has only alphanumeric or "_-." characters

    Restrict environment name

    New murano engine makes environment name - heat stack name, so need to prevent failed deployments by restrict environnt name.
