Bug Description
When registering a project <https:/
It is odious to be asking for "Name" and expecting something other than the project's name. Therefore the field should be renamed, and if possible it should be auto-generated from the actual name as entered in a previous field (whichever field survives bug 4449).

There are many other places in which we ask for a 'Name' when in fact we
mean a unique, lower-case, hyphenated identifier inside Launchpad. How
about changing the label of all these 'Name' fields to 'Launchpad ID' and
the existing 'Display Name' fields to 'Name'?
