When creating a new user, iStoa should propose tux avatars.

To allow personalized avatar, we should proceed as follow:

1. if the user profile file is EricDupont.flt, check for a EricDupont.[png,jpg,jpeg,JPG] file, then use it after scaling it appropriately
2. if not, use a default avatar and let the user chooses one in our avatars, save it in the profile.

Personalized avatar files, the ones coming with a file name equals to the user name, should be scaled to the normalized avatar height of 160px.
