i have tried to update via software updater but it still cann't, the error show that it's because of ubuntu bug, and i have tried to sudo apt-get dist-upgrade, it cannot calculate the upgrade

Reviewing the files from your upgrade attempt you seem to have enabled the xorg-edgers-ppa. This will prevent the upgrade as that PPA contains different versions of packages essential to Ubuntu.
