Bug Description
Menu bar integration in LibreOffice Writer do not work anymore, with a fresh install of ubuntu 14.04 lts.
Steps to reproduce:
1. New Writer;
2. Move cursor to the up-left corner.
Current behaviour:
You can see the menus at step 2, but without close/minimize/
Further steps:
3. Go to ubuntu preference and set "show menu in window title bar", rather than in unity menu bar.
4. Retry step 1 and 2.
Current behaviour:
(where have the menus gone?)
Please note that the menu intergraton works ok with Calc.
This is a regression and critical, because window can not be resized in writer so blocks the productivity.

Tested with the TDF build, Version: 4.2.3.3 Build ID: 882f8a0a489bc99 a9e60c7905a6022 6254cb6ff0
In Writer, there is still no close/minimize/ maxmize icon.
Even worse, in this TDF build the libreoffice menus do not intergrate with unity at all.
