Incorrect reaction to window buttons when having used window snapping

Bug Description

This concerns window snapping. When a program window is resized using ctrl-super-right, window resizes correctly. But using window controle button it doesn't come back correctly to fullscreen. It resizes to either a small window or to a fullscreen but without menu and window buttons vissible

Reproduce:
resize window using ctrl-super-right
make the window fullscreen again using the window buttons
use ctrl-super-up to resize the window correctly.
