After following the instructions on this page I am no longer able to run commands like "pip and keystone". Getting errors like "-bash: /usr/bin/keystone: No such file or directory"

For those finding this bug entry on via a search engine:

This occurs after running the commands to install the clients via pip as root and then dropping back down to a normal user.

# pip install python-keystoneclient python-ceilometerclient python-cinderclient python-heatclient
# exit
$ source demo-openrc.sh
$ keystone token-get
-bash: /usr/bin/keystone: No such file or directory

I assume this was an environmental issue as the problem was resolved by closing and relaunching my ssh session into the server.
