Chromium 34 no longer uses system title bars and borders by default

Bug Description

Ubuntu chromium-browser packages < 34 used to default to using the system title bars and borders.

Updating to chromium-browser 34 lost the setting, and I had to manually change it back.

Perhaps the setting changed location?

Right click beside the tabs and there's an option in the menu.

Not an issue any longer, recent versions of chromium use the system title bar and borders by default.
