Missed execution mode for Murano client on controller

1. Deploy simple Centos with Neutron and Murano.
2. Connect via ssh on controller and try to request environment list using murano client.

Actual result:
Permission denided on execution
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 157 Apr 15 13:42 murano

Expected:
Murano client should be executable

Looks like this problem reproduced when user attempts to use console Murano client, which does not exists.
Now we can use only Python client from any other python scripts, not from console.
