tgtadm: No manual entry (tgtadm --lld iscsi --mode system --op show)

I found that there is no manual entry for "tgtadm --lld iscsi --mode system --op show" .
This command is used to check the health of tgt.
Example is below.

# tgtadm --lld iscsi --mode system --op show

We should add the description of this command to man of tgtadm.
