Loading Year and Month tabs have a significant delay

Bug Description

While using the Calendar app (0.4.246) on a Nexus 4 on r302, I've noticed that navigating to the Year tab takes ~2.5 seconds and that navigating to the Month tab takes ~1 second. This delay can be seen regardless of whether events are contained in the timeframe.

It seems to have improved since this bug was filed, but there's still a notable delay when moving to both of those views.

I believe with latest version , Monthview has improved significantly but still there is delay in year view.
We'll try to work and fix on that.

This issue was caused by dynamic creation for Page transition.Currently mechanism is re-creation Page by Qt.ResolvedUrl and unload it with empty string for loader' source. I think the opt is needed by creating page for 1st time and re-use the qml object for later transition.
