Bug Description
Would it be possible to change the view holds screen so each member of a consortium only saw their own libraries holds? There are 2 issues here - firstly, in the UK, Data Protection legislation means that when the whole queue is visible to all members, then one member can access another member's data - this is against the law.
Also, all 4 members of our consortium find the mixed queue very confusing and annoying when there are a lot of holds. We don't interlend and an option for only seeing our own hold queue would be very beneficial.
We are currently on version 2.2.2 but will shortly be upgrading to 2.5.3 (I don't know the other info)

Hmm, I'm not sure what it looks like in 2.2 (that's an old and no longer supported version of Evergreen and I don't even have test servers for it anymore), but in my 2.6 test server, I can see that there is a filter option for "View Holds" interface for any given bib record.
The filter choice is a checkbox to choose whether to filter to a specific organizational unit by requesting library or pickup library. By default, it goes for the pickup library and for the location I'm logged in as.
I would assume that as long as hold rules for the consortium did not allow for holds of materials at other locations by different patrons (strict no sharing), then the only holds that would show while filtered to pickup at a particular library would be for those library's patrons only.
Perhaps what this would be is a wishlist for new development or a local customization effort to remove the option of deselecting the filter choice and forcing it to stay scoped to show only the holds for pickup at the local library.
