xfce4-power-manager isn't loaded on startup

Bug Description

In Lubuntu 14.04, xfce4-power-manager is not loaded by default on startup.

In lxsession-default-apps > Core Applications, Power Manager is set to "auto" by default. Set it to "xfce4-power-manager" seems to fix it.

Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) reached end-of-life on April 25, 2019.
