nm-applet isn't loaded on startup

Bug Description

In Lubuntu 14.04, nm-applet is not loaded by default on startup. Yet, the network works normally.

In lxsession-default-apps > Core Applications, Network GUI is empty by default. Set it to "nm-applet" seems to fix it.
