api.Open should write the successful address first

Bug Description
When connecting to the API we save the address we succeeded in connecting to. However, we should always move that value to be the first value in the cached addresses.
That gives us the best opportunity so that whatever address we were able to connect to first is saved and will be attempted first the next time.
