Wifi and wired connection don't work on linux 3.11.0-19

Bug Description
Hi, i update linux kernel to 3.11.0-19 and my wifi and wlan connection stop working at all. I try ifup -a it don't help. ifconfing show's me only Loopback. When i load my laptop with linux kernel version 3.11.0-18-wifi work's fine.
