Steps to reproduce:
Create env: Ubuntu HA, Neutron Vlan, 3 Controllers, 1 Computes, 1 Cinder, 2 Cephs
Configure Interface -> See vlan ID of network that assign on interface

Expected result:
Vlan ID should contains only numbers

Actual result:
Vlan ID contains letters "NaN"
