'No kernel modules were found' during Ubuntu 12.04.4 installation

Steps:
1. Create next environment - Ubuntu, HA, KVM, Nova-Network Vlan with tagging, Cinder LVM and Ceph for images, Ceilometer
2. Add 3 controllers, 1 compute, 1 cinder, 2 ceph nodes
3. Click deploy changes
4. Open node

Actual - installation is stuck on 'No kernel modules were found' (see UbuntuProblem.png)
