Network verification inaccessible after cluster deployment

Steps to reproduce:
Create cluster: Ubuntu, HA, Neutron GRE, 3 Controllers, 2 Computes, 2Cinders

Expected result:
After deployments button "Network Verification" should be active

Actual result:
After deployments button "Network Verification" is inactive (not clickable)
