Midi switches can be learned as "select knobs"

Bug Description

On my nanokontrol, the switches send a single midi_cc event, 0x7F or 0x00. Since the instructions say "press the button once" it only sends 0x7f, and this is interpreted by the learning code as a select knob.

Interesting -- switch detection takes precedence over 2's-complement/selectknob logic but it only triggers for NOTE_ON. The best fix is probably to allow a single CC message to trigger the switch logic.
