Bug Description
Recently, the Muon updater icon has been appearing in the system tray. When I mouseover, it says updates are available.

However, when I click the icon to open the window, there are no updates available.

This is a regression that has been released within the last week in Kubuntu 14.04.
I have an anacron script to run `sudo apt-get update` every morning. This has worked fine in the past with the system tray icon.
