HDP plain image does not support SSH login

This bug documents a problem mentioned in Bug 1285131.

Since this is a separate issue from the main problem reported in Bug 1285131, it makes sense to file a separate issue to track the SSH problem.

The HDP "plain" image, which is a plain CentOS image without any HDP packages installed, did not correctly support SSH login once an instance based on this image was launched in OpenStack.

This issue can be resolved by adding the "ssh" element to the list of elements included when generating the plain image.

I'm currently working on a fix for this issue.

    Adds SSH support to HDP plain VM image

    This patch adds the "ssh" element to the list of elements
      used for the generation of the HDP "plain" image. This image
      does not contain any HDP installed packages, but is configured
      for deploying HDP Hadoop clusters.

    This patch also adds the disable-firewall element to the list of
      elements for the generation of the HDP "plain" image. Recent testing
      showed that the plain image was not supporting cluster startups
      since Apache Ambari requires that the iptables service be turned
      off for nodes in an HDP cluster.
