All parts to creating a network are documented (network, subnet, etc) and each of these are created by a specific cmdlet. Each of these are documented but there's no cohesive instructions on how to create a network in its entirety.
Suggesting that we create this for our end users as part of the docs for Phase II (CI/CD releases within Openstack, which will include HP docs.

Verified with 1.3.5.2 version and the issue still exists.
