Stopping of environment via cli on the provisioning stage failed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create env: Ubuntu/Centos HA, Neutron Vlan, 3 Controllers, 3 Computes, 2 Cephs, Ceph for images and volumes
2. Start provisioning
3. On the master node execute command: #fuel --env X stop

Expected result:
The provisioning of env should be stopped

Actual result:
Appears the message: "Error occurred while running method 'stop_deploy_task'. Inspect Orchestrator logs for the details. "
