changing alt+tab with another hotkey does not work well

Bug Description

if i change "Switch Windows" shortcut to for example Ctrl+Tab instead of Alt+Tab, it only switches trough first 2 windows, and the plank flashes instead working as expected

I have a similar bug but I don't think I changed this shortcut.

I can only switch between the first and second app, and there's no transition. I think it happened when I created new windows from chromium browser tabs.
