[dashboard] Service id is in message in webUI instead of service name

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in webUI
2. Navigate to Manage > Package Definitions in Murano tab
3. Select some existed package/or upload new one
4. Click on 'Toggle Active'
Observed Result:
Message is appeared, but we can see service id in this message, not a package name (please, take a look at screenshot).This wouldn't very clear for understanding when you have a lot of packages.
