Apache installed on Frontend installation

Bug Description

In a Frontend only installation, Apache is installed and is configured to run on boot. Since Apache isn't needed on a frontend, it is just consuming memory.

Optionally you could give the user the choice to install apache as a service like you do with ssh and vnc.
