IBM Notes can not be installed automatically by "Ubuntu software center" on ubuntu14.04

Bug Description

I am trying to install IBM Notes on ubuntu14.04. I clicked install button and then the Installing progress returned to install status after a few minutes without any error logs.
And then I tried to fix the dependency by CLI step by step. Now it installed successful. Why it can not be installed automatically by software center?

Hello, thanks for your bugreport.

This sounds like a bug in the dependency resolver for this particular deb file, could you please let me know if its available somewhere for testing? I don't really need the content of the deb itself, just the debian/control information if providing the deb itself is a problem.

It looks very much like this is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1290228 which prevented installation of all .deb packages via software-center until a couple of days ago.
