I'm following up to confirm whether:

a) This is a point in time thing (I know we weren't looking to build the policies until I-3 settled) and the package will be available shortly.

or

b) The policies have been rolled into the general SELinux policy package for Fedora.

Confirmed that present assumption is it wont be needed on Fedora, the policies in the "base" policy package should be enough. RHEL users will still require it.

Fedora does not require openstack-selinux package

Fedora contains SELinux policies to faciliate OpenStack usage in the
policy files shipped in the distribution itself. The additional
openstack-selinux policy provides these policies to RHEL users.
