Bug Description

  affects /products/bzr-svn

SvnWorkingTree.find_repository() should raise a NoRepositoryPresent()
exception if the reository could not be found. In particular,
SubversionException: ("No repository found in 'svn
+ssh://svnhome/home/avdd/svn/homes/linux-full'", 210005)

should be a cause to raise this exception.
