Attach-Volume and Detach-Volume not working as per example

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install 1.3.5.0 version of windows cli
2) Create volume
3) Create Server
4) Attach volume to the server as given in the example, also try the parameters provided outside the examples

Attach-Volume -s 12857174-99cf-40e9-999e-fb0fa2e84898 -v 7da74520-9d5e-427b-a508-213c84e69616 "/dev/vdp"

Observation: Getting Attach-Volume : 404 Not Found
The resource could not be found.

Actual: The volume should be attached to the server.

Note: This is working from management console
Same result with Detach-Volume

Observing similar issue in uswest - region-a.geo-1

Not working with 1.3.5.7
 PS HPCS:\BlockStorage\Volumes> get-version

Assembly Location : C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HPCS-Powershell\HPCloud.Client.Powershell.dll
 Product Version : 1.3.5.7
 CLR Version : v4.0.30319

Tested with New version of cli 1.3.5.5 and still issue exist.

Waiting for New version of Windows cli build.
 1.3.5.4 had so many issue. Will update the defect once we get 1.3.5.5

Verified with 1.3.5.2 version of windows cli and the issue still exists.
