new fields are only visible by sale manager

In the modules sale_markup and sale_floor_margin, the new fields that are added (markup_rate, commercial_margin, floor_price_limit) are only visible by the sale manager group.

I am not sure it is the right choice. From my experience, the companies who want to have the markup_rate and commercial_margin on sale order don't want to display this information only to the "Sale Manager", but to all the Sale Users.

Of course, I can inherit all the views in a specific module to remove the groups="base.group_sale_manager". But I think that these fields shouldn't be restricted to the sale manager by default.

I would like to get input from other users of the sale-financial project about that before taking any decision.

In the meantime, before we take a decision for the projet sale-financial, the module sale_markup_group_user available in this akretion branch https://code.launchpad.net/~akretion-team/+junk/70-usability fixes this issue.
