klauncher broken in Kubuntu Gutsy Tribe 3

After updating my Kubuntu Gutsy Tribe this morning and then restarting, klauncher gives me an Error Message:

"Prozess Aufruf des Ein-/Ausgabemoduls nicht möglich.
klauncher meldet: Unbekanntes Protokoll "".
kann nicht gestartet werden."

Witch could translate to:

"Calling the thread of the I/O-module was not possible.
klauncher reports: unknown protocoll "" couldn't be started."

This lead to some unforseen behavior within my install. No external hard-drives are mounting anymore. The module "Disk & Filesystems" in my Syscontrol tells me it's missing. CDs & DVDs can't be viewed anymore.

Please note that I try to update my system daily so this error must be either from a package updated within the last 2 days or from kubuntu-restricted-extras, witch i just installed yesterday. Please note that apt hasn't told me any errors.

The Error-Message doesn't appear anymore, but the resulting bugs are still present. "Disk & Filesystems" is still missing. Auto-mount is still not working, external hard-drives are working now, but I had to edit some configs(fstab).

I update my system every day, so yeah, basically it's still present.

Please make this test. Give the command systemsettings from command line. KDE systemsettings should be shown. Click on "Disk and Filesystems". Please report the output shown in the console. Thanks for your help.

Ok here's the output. I had to start it with the command "start3app systemsettings", since I compile the KDE4-SVN, and these apps are on forward.
