Bug Description

Although this was fix in earlier releases of Ubuntu, I'm now again experiencing the bug where you'll launch an application (from the launcher) on a particular Monitor (in a dual monitor setup) and then the application gets launched into the opposite monitor (unintentionally).

For example, I just logged into my laptop and tried to launch Firefox from the external monitor (which is left of my laptop's built-in monitor) and Firefox launch into the opposite monitor than the one from which I initiated the launch.

I like applications to launch into the monitor my mouse-cursor was in at the time I launched the application.

As I said, this was fixed in previous editions of Ubuntu, but has now again returned in this late beta of 14.04.
