Bug Description
The browser/container app does not support drag and drop of files onto a webview.
For example, when using the Google+ webapp, it is not possible to upload photos by dropping picture files onto the webview.

I can confirm this using the exact same use case mentioned in the bug description. Thank goodness you can click the button to pick pictures to upload manually as a workaround; that used to not work either.
