Bug Description
I have set the scale plugin initiate button binding to Button10 (without modifiers) -- this is the thumb button on my Logitech Performance MX mouse.
However this stopped working with the latest trusty package. Now it only works if I add a modifier, i.e. binding to Shift+Button10 works just fine, but just binding to Button10 alone no longer initiates the scale mode.
