configuring libc6 prompts "...to the question below" when there is no such option

Bug Description

Instead of saying "answer No to the question below", the message should say "answer No to the next question".

The fix is of course to change the text to say "please answer No to the next question".

I managed to upgrade. But my old system's debug info is available in this bug report that's as fresh as this one.
